The Munkzwalm project includes:

1) the commercial development (at the private risk of a project developer) and the realization (design and construction) of a number of private residential entities. These residential entities are realized integrally on project land that is currently owned by SOLVA.

2) the realization (design and construction) of a number of social housing entities, in accordance with the conditions set by the Social Housing Agency of the Flemish Ardennes and the VMSW. For these housing entities there is a guaranteed purchase by the Social Housing Company Flemish Ardennes.
