Coleg Gwent is the largest further education college in Wales and one of the largest further education colleges in the United Kingdom. There are six main campuses located at Crosskeys, Ebbw Vale, Newport, Pontypool, Usk and Abergavenny (awaiting disposal) In addition there are two out-reach centres at Monmouth and Cwmbran.

The purpose of the tender is to appoint a number of appropriately qualified consultancy firms under a framework agreement in the specialist fields below:

A: Design & Construction Project Management Services;

B: Architectural Design (including Landscape Architectural Services);

C: Structural, Civil, Highway & Traffic Engineering Services;

D: Building Services (M&E) Consultancy;

E: Quantity Surveying (Cost Consultancy) Services;

F: Health & Safety Consultancy Services / CDM Co-ordinator;
