The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for municipal facilities and street lighting in the Słomniki Commune. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The sale of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the Customer Service Standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93, item 623, as amended). The standards of contract performance are set out in these legal acts.
