The subject of the contract are services entitled Comprehensive maintenance of river beds and water facilities in the area of operation of the Kielce Catchment Board divided into 7 parts:

Part I - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Busko-Zdrój – I

Part II - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Busko-Zdrój – II

Part III - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Busko - Zdrój - III

Part IV - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Jędrzejów – I

Part V - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Jędrzejów – II

Part VI - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in NW Kielce – I

Part VII - Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in NW Kielce – II.

The subject of the contract for Part I is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Busko-Zdrój – I.

Part I includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Struga Zagości riverbed at km 0+550-6+500 in Stara Zagości, Nowa Zagości, Wola Zagojska, Leszcze

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the Mozgawka river bed at km 0+000-6+500 in Wojsławice, Mozgawa, Kozubów, Zagorzyce

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the Tributary bed from Marzęcin at km 0+400-2+150 in Pasturka, Bogucice Pierwsze

d) Comprehensive maintenance of the watercourse from Skorocice at km 0+000-4+200 in Skotniki Dolne, Kobylniki.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part I, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part II is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Busko-Zdrój – II

Part II includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the riverbed of the Czarnocin watercourse at km 0+000-12+500 in the towns of Koniecmosty, Jurków, Stawiszyce, Miernów, Probołowice, Czarnocin, Cieszkowy

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the riverbed of the Pavement from Pełczyska at km 0+000-5+100 in Stawiszyce, Pełczyska

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the Struga Złota riverbed at km 0+250-4+600 in Żurawniki, Biskupice, Złota

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part II, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part III is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the NW Busko - Zdrój - III

Part III includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Struga A riverbed at km 0+000-12+100 in Nowy Korczyn, Stary Korczyn, Sępichów, Strożyska, Górki, Badrzychowice, Piasek Wielki

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the Tributary from Grotniki Duże at km 0+000-3+000 in Grotniki Duże, Grotniki Małe

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part III, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part IV is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the area of NW Jędrzejów – I

Part IV includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Struga Chwałowicka riverbed at km 0 + 000 - 1 + 300 in m. Umianowice and 6 + 500 - 8 + 800 in Janów, Czechów, Kije commune

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the river bed - Struga Krzepin at km 5 + 110 - 6 + 610 in Krzepin, Zagórcze, Secemin commune

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the Nida Biała river bed at km 21 + 400 - 24 + 518 in the town of Nida Biała. Mniszek, along with the repair of hydrotechnical structures - weir at km 21 + 654 in m. Mniszek and weir at km 25 + 974 in Nowe Kanice, Małogoszcz commune

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part IV, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part V is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in the NW Jędrzejów – II

Part V includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Mierzawa river bed at km 61 + 920 - 63 + 750 in the town of Jeżów, Klimontów, Sędziszów commune and at km 65 + 700 - 66 + 500 in the town of Bryzdzyń, commune of Kozłów

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the Mozgava river bed at km 9 + 300 - 10 + 800 in m. Wodzisław, along with the repair of hydrotechnical structures - weir at km 3 + 381 in Nawarzyce, Wodzisław commune

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the watercourse from Słupia at km 0 + 000 - 2 + 000 in the town of Tarnawa, Swaryszów, Sędziszów commune

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part V, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part VI is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in NW Kielce – I

Part VI includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Bobrza river bed 46+230-46+580 in Samsonów, Zagnańsk commune, 23+600-25+650 in Szczukowice, Piekoszów commune, 15+560-18+160 in the town of Samsonów, 23+600-25+650 in the town of Szczukowice, Piekoszów commune, 15+560-18+160 in the town of Samsonów. Kielce

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the Silnica river bed at km 0+000-4+500, 9+200-10+700 in m. Kielce

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the Suffragan river bed at km 6+200-6+700 in the town of Suffraganiec Kielce, 8+200-10+700 in Kostomłoty Pierwsze, Miedziana Góra municipality

d) Comprehensive maintenance of the river bed of the Bobrza relief canal 0+000-0+385 in the town of Szczukowice, commune of Piekoszów

The subject of the contract for Part VII is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of watercourses and water facilities in NW Kielce – II

Part VII includes the following tasks:

a) Comprehensive maintenance of the Kakonianka river bed at km 1+000-2+600 in Skorzeszyce, Górno commune

b) Comprehensive maintenance of the unnamed watercourse, tributary of the Erwina 000-1+000 in the town of Krajno Parcele, Górno commune

c) Comprehensive maintenance of the riverbed Tributary from Chebździe at km 2+000-4+000 w. Pierzchnica, Skrzelczyce commune Pierzchnica

d) Comprehensive maintenance of the Chodcza river bed at km 7+000-8+000 in the m. Kielce and at km 1+700- 2+700 in the town of Bilcza.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part VII, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI and Part VII constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
