The Assignment comprises the finishing and equipment of the public part of the Parking Blauwe Boulevard in Hasselt, which was already being realized in open structural work by Kanaalkom Development NV and subsequently purchased by the AGB Stadsontwikkeling Hasselt.

The Parking Blue Boulevard in Hasselt is part of a huge, inner-city development with around 400 residential units, around 22,000 m2 of retail and an underground parking complex that is next to a public parking (indicated below with a red outline on the illustrative plans) also includes the following functions:

- A private, residential parking, spread over various individual locations within the project

- A joint loading and unloading quay for heavy goods traffic

- Different commercial spaces at quay level
