The Borough Council of Bolton and NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), (the ‘Commissioners’), are prepared to receive tenders for a personal budget framework that will consist of 2 procurement lots which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.

The Framework Agreement has been divided into the following 2 lots:

Lot 1: Personal Budget Payroll and Supported Banking Services;

Lot 2: Personal Budget Brokerage Service.

This procurement exercise is being run as an open invitation to tender (ITT) and the commissioners will award a maximum of 5 successful tenderers (the ‘Providers’) on each lot. A provider may be awarded more than 1 lot.
