The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in “Reception and management of municipal waste selectively collected (from owners of resident property and property on which the cottage is located and other property used for purposes recreational and leisure facilities located on the territory of the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka), gathered in the area of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK)”. Waste management is intended to ensure that adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved in a given calendar year and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste selectively collected (from owners of inhabited property and property on which the cottage is located and other property used for purposes recreational and leisure facilities located in the Gmina Wręczyca Wielka), gathered in the territory of PSZOK. Waste management is intended to ensure that adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved in a given calendar year and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship.

2) The subject of the order includes:

(a) leasing and equipment of PSZOK with containers used to collect municipal waste selectively collected according to individual fractions,

(b) the leasing of containers will cover the entire period of execution of the order,

(c) carrying out reporting in accordance with applicable rules,

(d) the transfer in accordance with Article 9ea of the Law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities and the development of selected municipal waste collected from PSZOK in the installation of waste recovery and disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in Article 17 of the Act on waste,

(e) waste management with the indicators of recovery or disposal of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities.
