Service contract including 4 lots:

- lot 1: safety-security,

- lot 2: reception-ticketing,

- lot 3: multi-technical maintenance,

- lot 4: cleanliness and environment.

The contract includes a flat rate for each lot and a part out of the package treated with purchase order.

Lot 1 security-safety includes in particular the holding of the security station of the city and the guarding of the permanent and temporary exhibition spaces, that of the auditorium as well as that of 2 halls of reception of the public. The non-fixed share of this lot will include so-called "classic" services and "VIP" services with experienced staff at this type of event, which may be a gala dinner or a fashion show.

Lot 2 reception-ticketing includes the holding of the ticket office (entrance hall, wilson hall and auditorium) of the public information point and the reception of groups, locker rooms, ticket control at the entrance of the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, the reception and public information in the exhibition spaces by qualified personnel and mastering foreign languages, the telephone switchboard in the administrative reception hall and a telephone hotline on weekend.

The lot 3 multi-technical maintenance services covers all the technical installations of heating (substation), ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, locksmithing, smoke extraction of networks of strong and weak currents (except the VDI network), the doors automatic.

Lot 4 cleanliness and environment, the services concern the maintenance and cleaning of the administrative and exhibition rooms, sanitary facilities, part of the furniture and museum display cases (externally), terraces, interior and exterior glazing and finally the management and disposal of site waste (excluding concessions).
