Award of the object planning building for the new building of the SPZ (Social Paediatric Centre) for the LVR-Klinik Bonn

According to the current status, the LVR is planning the construction of a social paediatric centre (SPC) in modular construction on the grounds of the LVR Clinic Bonn. The SPC is to be built as an outpatient centre in three- or four-storey construction on the site of the existing building House 17. The construction site is located in the area of a development plan in a park with trees worthy of protection. The approved space program provides for a usable area of 1,422 m² (excluding technical areas). A partial basement is being considered.
