Mestar (City of Kuopio Municipal Technology Agency) is requesting a quote for rental cars for the period 1.3.2020-31.12.2022. In addition, the acquisition includes an option for option year 2023. Separate negotiations on the option year will be held by November 30, 2022. The option is decided separately.
