1. The object of the order is meat and cold meats.
2. Common Procurement Dictionary CPV: 15100000-9.
3. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders. Each of the 4 parts is a separate item of the order:
— Part I — poultrymeat;
— Part II — poultry meats;
— Part III — pork and beef meat;
— Part IV — pork and beef meats.
4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.
5. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
