The Renfrewshire Council, as lead contracting body, is seeking to secure insurance cover (excluding broker services) for The Renfrewshire Council and other associated bodies and Renfrewshire Valuation joint Board (RVJB) through the creation of a Framework Agreement. The framework agreement is split into a number of Lots. Call Off Agreements made under each Lot will be made by Direct Award as detailed in the procurement documents.
In respect of the requirements of The Renfrewshire Council and the associated bodies include
The Clyde Plan ;
Park Lane Developments (Renfrewshire) LLP;
Paisley Museum Re-imagined Charitable Trust;
And
Scotland Excel.
Lot 1 is for Property Damage, including claims handling (above deductible) This lot is for Renfrewshire Council and associated bodies only
Lot 11: Marine is for The Renfrewshire Council and Associated bodies only
Lot 9 Crime has been split into the following:

Lot 3 (b) Casualty including Employers’ Liability / Public Liability / Officials Indemnity / Professional Indemnity Renfrewshire Council - is for Renfrewshire Valuation joint Board (RVJB)
Lot 4 is for Motor Fleet for Renfrewshire Council
