The Services to the Travel Agent supervise Student Travel. The Service requested from the Travel Agent concerns all activities related to information provision / reservation / change and cancellation of travel and accommodation facilities including the financial handling and making available of management information and unburdening HR and account management.

Approximately 250 Study Trips are organized annually within Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences with an estimated value of € 2 million. Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences will enter into a Framework Agreement for an initial term of four (4) years, starting on 1 June 2023 and ending on 31 May 2027. The Framework Agreement can then be extended a maximum of twice for a maximum of twelve (12) months.
