The participation agreement will be concluded pursuant to Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 .11.2011 on the participation of local authorities and their public institutions in the financing of the social protection of their agents, under a collective agreement or regulation to optional membership.

The purpose of the contract is to guarantee the payment of benefits upon the realization of the risks as described below:

- guarantee 1: incapacity maintenance of salary, temporary incapacity of work + capital death, with optional:

- Option 1: Compensation scheme,

- option 2: permanent disability,

- option 3: loss of retirement following a permanent disability,

- guarantee 2: incapacity maintenance of salary, temporary incapacity of work + capital death + permanent invalidity, with in option:

- Option 1: Compensation scheme,

- option 2: loss of retirement following a permanent disability.
