Southern Ostrobothnia ELY Center Transport System, Road Management Plans and Expert Services Framework Agreement 2020-2021 + Option 2022.

The framework contract includes planning and settlement tasks relating to the transport system entity. Tasks can be related to eg. research, planning and development of transport system, traffic safety, environmental information, customer needs, land use, logistics, walking and cycling, mobile and information services, public transport and future transport services, etc., in the South Ostrobothnia ELY Center 2020-2021. The acquisition includes an option for 2022.

The following types of tasks are intended to be outsourced under this framework contract (non-exhaustive list):

- regional reservation plans and preliminary master plans

- plans and studies for the design of the transport system

- road network and traffic plans

- road safety plans

- Plans and studies for walking and cycling

- acquisition and monitoring of environmental information

- project evaluations

- studies to identify and analyze customer needs and service levels

- transport studies on land use and spatial planning

- studies on the planning and development of public transport

- studies on the design, development and settlement of future transport services

- signposting and guidance plans

- other unspecified expert services and support functions.
