Service of administration of fixed-term work, for tasks related to the professional figure of n. 19 custodians, to be employed for the temporary or exceptional needs of ALER Milano.

The total amount alleged on the basis of contract, pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., is equal to 595 866.60 EUR, divided as follows:

— EUR 533 027,52 as labour costs (not subject to downward) referring to a number of 19 custodians, due to the hourly cost of EUR 12,24 and for an annual total amount of 43 548,

— EUR 31 920,00 (excluding VAT), as an estimated amount for the reimbursement of approximately 4 560 meal vouchers worth EUR 7.00 (not subject to downward), to be granted to the staff administered,

— EUR 30 919,08 (excluding VAT), as a total auction agency margin, on the basis of an agency fee of EUR 0,71 per hour.

N.B. The service in question is not subject to the drafting of DUVRI, pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 3-bis of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 e s.m.i. and, therefore, interference charges are equal to 0,00 EUR.
