This framework agreement provides for the maintenance and interventions of all HVAC and sanitary facilities present in Providentia's rental property.

The rental property comprises 3 317 buildings, including both apartments and single-family homes, spread over 21 municipalities in the Flemish Brabant region.

The assignment is divided into 2 lots. A contractor will be indicated per parcel (see below). Tenderers may submit tenders for one lot only.

During the contract, additional properties can be added to the contract or removed from the contract (if applicable without any right to compensation under the contractor). Additional buildings may be located in municipalities other than those provided for in this specifications.

Plot 1 consists of 1 667 properties. The following municipalities belong to this plot:

— Affligem,

— Asse,

— Beaver,

— Dilbeek,

— Gallaids,

— Gooik,

— Herne,

— Liedekerke,

— Merchtem,

— Away,

— Roosdaal,

— Wemmel.

The plot can be tacitly extended once (with the same duration of 24 months).

Plot 2 consists of 1 650 properties. The following municipalities belong to this plot:

— Boortmeerbeek,

— Grimbergen,

— Kampenhout,

— Chapelle on the forest,

— Londerzeel,

— Meise,

— Overijse,

— Vilvoorde,

— Zemst.

This plot can also be tacitly extended once (with the same duration of 24 months).
