The services that shall be provided include sending/receiving data files from the Housing Bank of Norway's trade systems, printing, finishing/enveloping and delivery to distribution (Norway Post). Further details on the specifications are in the attached documentation.

The service shall be in production from 1 March 2016.

The service provider's responsibility starts upon receipt of a printing file and ends with the delivery of dispatches in envelopes to Norway Post

The printing assignments are divided between the trade systems ‘Låneforvaltning’ (loan administration) and Bostøtte (housing support). The printing production from the housing support system will be based on letter files in pdf format. Files from the Loan administration system (Hils/Vinnbin) is in text format.

The change to digital post means that the printing volumes from the mentioned trade systems will gradually be reduced in the coming years. We cannot provide a time-scale or figures for the speed and extent of the transition to digital post yet, but we expect that a certain printing volume will remain throughout the contract period.
