Part II. Collection of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of the City of Elbląg – sector 2

Part I (sector N):

1) collection of municipal waste from properties where residents do not live*, and municipal waste is generated:

a) remaining after segregation/non-segregated,

(b) biowaste,

2) washing, disinfection and disinfestation of containers for municipal waste,

3) transport of collected municipal waste to the Waste Treatment Plant

sp. z o. o. in Elbląg, 42 Mazurska Street.

The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar services to the basic contract.

1) the scope of services will consist in the performance of services referred to in point II.2.4) announcement

2. the conditions under which these services will be provided:

a) the contract may be awarded if the Ordering Party has financial resources for its implementation,

b) the contract will be concluded after negotiations with the Contractor,

c) the price for the performance of the subject of the contract will be determined during the negotiations,

d) the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with the scope of services to be performed,

e) the draft Agreement will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiations,

f) contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases and in the amount not higher than in the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order,

g) the obligations of the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be regulated on terms analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic order.

If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3) point 3, item 1), 3)-5) and 7) announcements - submits the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective means of proof and other documents or statements that the contracting authority may request from the contractor (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2415).

Part II (sector 2):

1) collection from real estate on which residents of nw. municipal waste:

a) remaining after segregation/non-segregated,

(b) segregated including:

- glass,

- paper,

- metals and plastics,

- biowaste,

- ash from home hearths,

(c) large-scale, including:

- furniture and other utility items exhibited by residents,

- waste electrical and electronic equipment,

- Worn tyres,

- mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment,

2) collection from real estate on which residents do not live*, and municipal waste of the following municipal waste is generated:

a) remaining after segregation/non-segregated,

(b) biodegradable with particular regard to bio-waste,

3) washing, disinfection and disinfestation of containers for municipal waste,

4) transport of collected municipal waste to Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów sp. z o. o.

in Elbląg, 42 Mazurska Street.

The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar services to the basic contract.
