The subject of the contract is: Reconstruction of the municipal stadium at 1 W. Witosa Street in Ostrołęka.

The Ordering Party informs that the Task in question is covered by co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program", in accordance with the preliminary promise No. 01/2021/4203/PolskiLad of 17.11.2021, regarding the implementation by the City of Ostrołęka of the investment entitled "Reconstruction of the municipal stadium at 1 W. Witosa Street in Ostrołęka".

A detailed description of the item of the order is presented in Part III of the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works for the reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure in Ostrołęka as part of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the municipal stadium at 1 W. Witosa Street in Ostrołęka" divided into stages:

Stage I - "Construction of a grassy football pitch with the necessary technical infrastructure ".

Stage II - "Construction of the eastern stand with sports facilities and land development along with technical infrastructure".

Stage III - "Construction of the athletics part - circular treadmill, straight treadmill and warm-up part with the necessary technical infrastructure".

The scope of the task includes the execution of: football pitches made of natural grass; circular and straight treadmill; long jump, high jump, pole vault and triple jump; viewports for shot put, discus throw; hammer and javelin; a ditch with water for running with obstacles; ball catchers; sports facilities; sound system; sports equipment.; fencing of the site; accesses, commutes, sidewalks, parking lots; greenery; stands; lighting; electronic scoreboard; rainwater drainage, sanit. and water supply.
