North Yorkshire County Council, on behalf of itself and the clinical commissioning groups in the county, is seeking a Supplier, or a consortium of suppliers, through a competitive grant process to be a strategic partner to enable practical and strategic support to facilitate a collaborative and diverse voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector across North Yorkshire; including enabling VCSE sector organisations to inform and influence external policy makers and funders.

The supplier (or lead supplier) submitting a proposal must be a not for profit organisation in order to be eligible for grant funding but is free to develop delivery partners with the for profit sector, for those elements of Project delivery where they offer best value for the VCSE sector.
