The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a supply contract for the safe supply of refrigerant supplies at the FB Physics of the FUB with helium liquid.

Ensuring a demand-oriented and economic supply is an absolute priority for the client. The contractor must always stock himself with a sufficient amount of helium so that he can be delivered at any time in accordance with the requirements, even if the client has an unpredictable additional requirement.

Helium liquid is an important and essential resource for the scientific institutions in the helium network in carrying out their research work, which must therefore be reliably available to the scientist in the required quantity and quality at all times.

The aim of the supply contract is to regulate the basic services and conditions as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the customer and the contractor for the contractual relationship and for the resulting deliveries.
