1. The subject of the contract is the supply of coal for energy purposes in a total amount of 6700 tonnes, sortyment M II A, type 31.2-32.1 (acc. to PN-82/G-97002), with the following parameters:
a. calorific value: 23 250 — 24 000 kJ/kg,
b. Ash content: up to 14,5%,
c. Total sulphur content ≤ 0,585%,
d. Total moisture: up to 11,5%,
e. subground content (0-1 mm) < 20%,
f. volatile parts content > 28%,
g. soften ash temperature > 1100
h. ash melting temperature in reducing atmosphere > 1300
i. sintering capacity (number of Horns in the range of 5 to 20),
j. with a small ability to self-inflammation,
k. without impurities in the form of scrap, sand, stones, etc.
Along with its transport to Ciepłnia Square, Pabianicka 125 Street in Aleksandrov Łódź and unloading in a place indicated by the Ordering representative, with a tolerance of ±10% for each party.

1. The Contracting Authority shall benefit from the exemption from excise duty on the basis of the exemption from the excise of coal products consumed by energy-intensive plants for fuel purposes.
2. The object of the contract — coal will be delivered to the square of the Faculty of Heat Economy — Ciepłnia in Aleksandrowa Łódź, at 125 Pabianicka Street, and unloaded by the Contractor in Ciepłnia Square, in a place indicated by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall inform the Contractor of any delivery in writing or by fax.
3. The Contracting Authority undertakes to store each delivery on a separate prism.
4. The Contractor for each delivery shall attach a delivery document together with the number of the intermediary entity and the carbon quality certificate, containing the following quality parameters of the coal (calorific value, ash, total sulphur, total moisture) and submit the document to the representatives of the Contracting Authority before unloading each delivery.
5. The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the district heating plant in Aleksandrowa Łódź, 125 transport units of which gross weight will not exceed 50 tonnes. Entry of units can only take place on working days (Monday - Friday) from 700 to 1430.
6. The Contractor shall secure deliveries against harmful factors and shall be liable for this reason until the delivery is received by the Contracting Authority, at the place specified by the Contracting Authority, with written confirmation of receipt. The Contractor is responsible for selecting a means of transport giving protection against weather factors, etc.
