The reason for the tender is the further sustainability of the real estate portfolio of the municipality of Waddinxveen and the aim to say goodbye to gas installations in the short term. The Client aims to purchase WWI's and OI's for various locations (see chapter 2.1) from a Contractor who takes care of DBMFO within the set frameworks.

The following buildings must be provided with WWI and EOI:

1. Wingerd 45 2742 SB Waddinxveen, educational institution;

2. Sportzaal Groenswaard, Wingerd 2 2742 SK Waddinxveen;

3. Sportzaal Duikelaar, Zuidplaslaan 550 2743 KH Waddinxveen.

The following building must only be provided with WWI:

4. Kerkstraat 13 2742 BG Waddinxveen, educational institution;

The following buildings only need to be provided with an EOI:

5. Sports hall Gouwehal, Sniepweg 13G 2742 AR Waddinxveen;

6. Mauritslaan 55 2741 CE Waddinxveen, multi-company building.

In addition, an optional WWI and EOI are requested for 1 location and a WWI for 2 locations.
