The subject-matter of the public contract comprises three (3) lots, namely:
o Lot 1:
The construction of a completely new 400m athletics track (circular track including sprint track) at various customers in Flanders;
o Lot 2:
The renovation of the top layer of an existing athletics track (circular track including sprint track) at various customers in Flanders, including the expansion of the number of tracks. This includes replacing the top layer and possibly repairing damage to the asphalt layer or replacing the asphalt layer and/or the foundation of the existing athletics track, and carrying out the necessary works for the tracks to be expanded; and
o Lot 3:
The renovation of the top layer of an existing athletics track (circular track including sprint track) at various customers in Flanders, without the expansion of the number of tracks of the athletics track. This includes replacing the top layer and possibly repairing damage to the asphalt layer or replacing the asphalt layer and / or the foundation of the existing athletics track.
