The project definition broadly describes the following assignment:

The project provides for the demolition of the building G01 & G02, (covered) playgrounds and all accessories (pavements, constructions,...) in project zone 1 (see annex F_Projectfiche) and a replacement by a new construction for primary school 't Kasteeltje in Overijse. The functions that are now included in the other buildings G61, G40, G42, G41, G62 and G63 will also be integrated into the project.

The whole of the new building and the optimization of the outdoor space should further support the vision of innovative education, so that "making school together" and "classroom-breaking work" are central!

The indicative Construction Budget is order of magnitude 11,200,000 – 13,300,000 euros, incl. VAT and study costs.

With a view to monitoring costs and deadlines, it was decided to carry out the assignment via a 'DB formula', in particular one public contract for the design and execution of the services and works provided until the final delivery by the Contractor. During the implementation, a number of milestone payments are provided indicatively.

The competition procedure with negotiation takes place in two steps, namely a selection phase and an award phase with negotiations.

In order to reduce the cost of tenders for tenderers and to facilitate the smooth running of the tendering procedure, a phased tendering procedure shall be chosen, which shall be organized in concrete terms as follows:
