Oslo Municipality, c/o Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure in two stages for the procurement of the New Tøyen Swimming Pool - main contract building K210.
The procurement comprises a contract for construction work for the establishment of the New Tøyen Swimming Pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The work also includes outdoor work and some ground work, but not technical contracts, steel pools and water treatment installations.

The building mainly has concrete constructions cast on site, but also prefabricated steel and concrete in the northern part of the building. The building's main floor has glass facades in the central parts of the building. The roof construction consists of wooden box beams in the central parts of the construction, and light roof constructions in other parts. The roof is to be established as a green roof with solar panels on parts of the roof.
Level 2 consists of a multi-purpose hall with the accompanying changing room installations, as well as technical areas with access from the economy courtyard and public access from the foyer on level 1.
Level 1 mainly houses the main access to the swimming pools, with a foyer with stair access to the multi-purpose hall and swimming pools, technical areas for the swimming pools, office areas, and changing rooms for personnel, and the upper part of the multi-purpose hall. Level 10, the main level for the swimming pools, consists of the accompanying changing rooms, a cafe/ticket sales, therapy pool, diving pool, a 50 metre pool, family pool, saunas, etc., and access to the outdoor pools.
Level 20, the mezzanine floor, has grandstands and office areas for personnel, as well as technical areas above the multi-purpose hall.
The outdoor installations consist of the establishment of access roads, a cycle path, footpaths, parking, vestibule, and cycle parking. In addition there is the outdoor swimming pool installations that consist of a family pool, diving pool, and a separate year-round pool that is connected to the family pool. Furthermore, green areas are to be established, as well as toilet installations for the outdoor pools, and work on the outdoor slide.
