The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the property where residents live in Jabłonna Municipality, in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limitation of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the provincial waste management plan, the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order territory of the municipality Jabłonna and other laws and local law.

The scope of work includes:

1) Receiving municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, in single-family and multi-family buildings,

2) Receiving waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Jabłonno,

3) Receiving expired medicines from pharmacies in the territory of Jabłonna Municipality.
