The acquisition is subject to dairy products delivered under the terms of TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.

Procured product volumes are estimates of the need for subscribers involved in the joint acquisition and are based on the previous year's consumption volumes. It is worth noting that the preceding year was an interest rate year and contributed to a downward contribution to the consumption of products in schools and kindergartens, among others. Products are ordered during the contract period according to actual need, so estimated product quantity estimates may be exceeded or undercut. Contract products offered must be in the range throughout the contract period. If the production of the contract product is discontinued, the corresponding replacement product shall be agreed upon.

The delivery list attached to the RFQ shows delivery items and the rhythm of deliveries. The delivery list is indicative and may be subject to changes during the contract period. The products offered should be able to be delivered to all subscriber delivery items listed in the shipping list.

Dairy products such as milk, milk, creams and other dairy products are subject to the acquisition.

The invitation to offer requests price VAT 0% for the most used/major products delivered to subscribers' delivery destinations. The bidder undertakes to deliver the goods in rollers to the reception rooms of the delivery items and, if necessary, to the refrigerated facilities. In addition, we ask the bidder to provide per product category discount percentage for products not mentioned in the invitation to tender. Procured product volumes are estimates of the need for subscribers involved in the joint acquisition and are based on the consumption volumes of the previous year (interest rate year).

The contract period is from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract for three (3) one-year options periods (1+1+1).

At the end of the contract period, the contracting entity decides at the end of the contract period after separate negotiations with the contract supplier.
