From compliance with laws and regulations (Archives Act) and e.g. for the burden of proof in accreditations, mboRijnland broad Document Management System / Record Management System (DMS / RMS) solution is needed.

The following activities are not included in the scope of this Assignment:

• Research into the current status of Documentary Information Systems that are currently in use at mboRijnland;

• Guidance with the adoption by the internal users of the delivered DMS/RMS solution;

• 1st line Functional Management of the delivered solution.

In the past three contract years, mboRijnland has spent an amount of € 370,000, including VAT on the use of an already existing digital archive.

2019: € 107.000, -

2020: € 113.000, -

2021: € 150.000, -

These amounts are only mentioned as an indication. This will be a maximum of € 500,000 in the next five years. The tenderer can therefore in no way derive any rights from the said amount. mboRijnland has no obligation to purchase a certain volume or to realize a certain turnover.

mboRijnland will gradually purchase the DMS/RMS solution based on what is needed for the first implementation, up to the level that it will eventually become at the prices to be agreed now in accordance with the requested price sheet. Each component is therefore gradually implemented.
