The target of the procurement is cybersecurity services intended for the use of the Client and its customer owners. The procurement focuses on a set of services that improve data protection, information security, preparedness for threats, threat authentication and an overall picture of the information security situation of the Client or Customers.
These services, which the selected Supplier must be able to provide, are broken down as follows:
(a) a 24/7 SIEM/SOC service including the maintenance and management of SIEM systems and a security control room service based on the SIEM system.
b) Havaro service
c) Incident Response service, which complements the SIEM/SOC service in the investigation of large-scale security breaches, assisting in the rapid normalization of the situation and, if necessary, in forensics.
(d) expert work related to the SIEM/SOC service, such as deployments and service development.
(e) Haavoittuvuuksien hallintapalvelu
f) Testing services including e.g. various intrusion and attack testing, security assessments and audits
g) Training services including information security and data protection training and cyber security exercises.
h) Consulting and expert services related to the development and maintenance of technical and administrative information security and data protection. These may include, for example: Information Security Manager Service, Data Protection Officer Service and Data Protection Impact Assessments
In addition to the aforementioned services, the procurement is aimed at obtaining licenses for the IBM QRadar software already in use by the Subscriber. However, the Client is not obliged to procure products through this arrangement from the selected Supplier and the selected Supplier does not have the exclusive right to deliver the products to the Customer. The Client is not bound by the proposed procurement volume estimates.
In addition, the Supplier may offer optional services that can be ordered separately, such as threat hunting, threat intelligence service, secure software development, etc.
Tiera provides service to its owner-customers on the basis of in-house status.
