De Montfort University ("DMU" / "the University") are seeking to appoint suppliers to a series of lots as part of a framework agreement for the appointment of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide a range of specialist property and construction professional and managerial services, including the necessary administrative support and resources to provide a strategic service and to implement capital and revenue programmes.This procurement follows on from a successful market engagement event in November 2018 (PIN ref 2018/S 192-433107).The framework agreement will cover construction and design team consultancy for the Estates and Facilities Directorate at De Montfort University.Please find attached the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ).

Service only required when not part of lead designer responsibility
