Lot 2: Supplying ductile iron fittings with flange connections

The guideline only concerns the preparation of the application file. It is not cutlery. Water-link will include the final technical specifications in the specifications that will only be sent to the selected candidates.

This contract should be considered as a supply contract (within the meaning of Art. 2, 20 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016).

The agreement is concluded for a term of one year. Three renewals are possible, each for one year. The date of entry into force of the agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement with the party to whom the contract is awarded.
