This contract is a joint service contract within the meaning of article forty-eight of the law and subject to standing orders. The purpose of this contract is to provide services relating to the spreading of chemical fluxes and snow removal on roads and motorways managed by the Walloon Region (SPW MI, Direction des Routes du Luxembourg - district de Virton) as well as ordering of deposits and / or stocks of administration salt, truck services, specific equipment and labor and rental without driver. This market is part of the set of activities organized and carried out by the administration during a winter season with a view to ensuring the winter viability of its road and motorway network better known under the name winter service.
