“Conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of new municipal waste containers:
- Plastic containers with a capacity of 120, 240, 1100 liters in the colors provided for the collection of waste of a given fraction in the amount of up to 4800 pieces."
Successful delivery of containers under the framework agreement will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority resulting from the fulfillment of municipal waste collection tasks. The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase the entire quantity of the item of the order and the quantities given are used to calculate the offer by the Contractor.

Successful delivery of containers under the framework agreement will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority resulting from the fulfillment of municipal waste collection tasks. The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase the entire quantity of the item of the order and the quantities given are used to calculate the offer by the Contractor.
Terms of purchase:
- Purchase of containers in currency: Polish zloty (PLN);
- Period of the contract: 36 months from the date of signing the contract,
The Ordering Party will order in packages that will contain 50 containers (regardless of container capacity). Each of the packages can include containers of different capacities intended for the reception of different fractions of waste (different colours of containers).
The Ordering Party does not allow the charge of others, but lower the price offered in the offer, the costs associated with the purchase of containers,
The Contractor will not be obliged to deploy the containers;
The Contractor will be obliged to provide containers (address on the territory of the city of Gorzów Wlkp.), each time after the order has been issued by the Ordering Party during the period of execution of the contract;
under the purchase agreement, the Contractor is obliged to issue to the contracting party the object of the contract in a condition consistent with the description of the subject of the contract and to maintain the issued item in a condition suitable for the contracted, conforming to the intended use.
