The district of Wolfenbüttel has formed a working group with six of its member municipalities with the aim of outsourcing the performance of the tasks of an official data protection officer. In order to avoid coordination efforts and to ensure uniform structures and efficient workflows, the aim is to award the contract to only one service provider. If the bidder is not first in the ranking order, the client reserves the right not to request missing, incomplete or incorrect documents in accordance with § 56 (2) VgV. Candidates must immediately verify the correctness of the tender documents. In order to ensure the proper conduct of the tender, the deadline for the final submission of bidder questions is set at 14.11.2023. In the event of a later question, a timely answer cannot be guaranteed and does not necessarily lead to an extension of the deadline.
