Delivery of separable plasmapheresis kits for Haemonetics PCS2 and MCS separators owned by RCKiK in Kalisz

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of separable plasmapheresis sets for Haemonetics PCS 2 and MCS separators owned by RCKiK in Kalisz

2. The order includes the delivery of 30,000 PCS 2 and MCS separators for Haemonetics PCS 2 and MCS separators owned by RCKiK in Kalisz. within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

I. Specification of the subject of the contract.

Delivery of separable plasmapheresis kits for Haemonetics' PCS 2 and MCS separators owned by RCKiK in Kalisz

II. Requirements for plasmapheresis kits

1. Disposable, sterile, separable kits (i.e. those that require and connection during installation on the separator).

2. Sets for the collection of plasma in the amount of 650 ml during one procedure, from a single puncture.

3. Kits equipped with containers for taking plasma from plastic for shock freezing of plasma at -60OC and storage at less than -25OC while maintaining the strength and durability of the container.

4. Each final container for storage of plasma must be equipped with flexible drains with the possibility of easy rolling and effective welding on welders of various types available at the premises of the Ordering Party for sampling for quality control tests.

5. The diameter of the drains of plasma storage containers with dimensions ensuring the mutual compatibility of drains of different manufacturers so as to allow them to be combined in an open and closed system using sealers available at the premises of the Ordering Party for sterile linking of drains.

6. Plasma storage containers containing at least 2 ports, protected by a membrane on the inside and adequate external protection for aridity, allowing easy access to the rolling kit.

7. Centrally on the bottom edge of the containers for storage of plasma, a longitudinal incision of the container material approximately 2cm long, enabling the containers to be suspended on the hooks of transfusion tripods.

8. The plasma storage containers must be permanently fixed, which must not be damaged or peeled off during preparation and storage. The parent label should have the appropriate dimensions to allow the ISBT compliant master label to be glued on it.

9. The parent label must have a CE mark and codes corresponding to ISBT 128 standards.

10. Labels must include: company name and kit name, set destination information, letter-to-digital series number and barcode, REF number.

11. Labels may contain: information on storage conditions of containers, information on the type of plastic from which they were made, expiry date of the set concerned.

12. Kits compatible with Haemonetics PCS 2 and MCS separators owned by the Customer and approved for use by the device manufacturer.

13. Each kit enclosed in an individual safety pack for adequate humidity during storage. Single sets must be packaged in a fault-resistant packaging. One bulk pack may contain sets of only one series.

14. Minimum validity of sets: 12 months from the date of delivery of the product to the Ordering Party's headquarters. The expiry date of the product is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
