Variants will be rejected.

The Swedish Enforcement Authority intends to sign one contract per tender area.

The procurement is carried out through the Open Procedure in accordance with Chapter 19, Section 5 of the Public Procurement Act (SFS 2016:1145).

The procurement procedure means that all interested suppliers may tender. The bids will be evaluated without prior negotiation.
