Scaffolding Scope of Works - CHARM Redditch

• Allow hire for 15 weeks

• Allow 6 weeks hire for internal scaffold to stairwells

• Allow 6 weeks hire for internal scaffold with handrails

• Allow 2m Lifts, table lifts and roofers adaptions

• Allow for stairwell scaffold to all floors with allowance for adaptions and half landings

• Allow for 1 Haki Staircases

• Allow for 3 Loading Bays

• 5 Boards outer and 3 boards inner to allow for a board to be removed for brickwork

adaptions

• Weekly Scaffold Inspections will be required

• Signage

• Contractor responsible for all scaffold designs

• Truss Rack to be included

• Brackets to be included

• Allow for tying scaffold into the Timber Frame

• FR debris netting to road side elevations required
