The subject of the contract is "Construction of a year-round multifunctional facility in the revitalized "Czarna Góra" Park along with the modernization of the indoor swimming pool in SP No. 2 Olkusz, Olkusz Municipality", including the construction of a year-round multifunctional facility with the first equipment, based on technical documentation and modernization of the indoor pool in the "design and build" formula based on the Functional and Utility Program.

The subject of the contract includes the construction of a multifunctional building at the "Czarna Góra" OSW in Olkusz together with its first equipment, on the basis of the technical documentation attached to the SWZ and the design of the modernization of the indoor swimming pool at SP No. 2 in Olkusz (preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining the required permits or conducting the required notifications) based on the Functional and Utility Program, and then the execution of construction works, installation and finishing with the first equipment of the modernized facility. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 12 to the SWZ, design documentation and functional and utility program. The contract is co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme

When carrying out works on the modernization of the indoor swimming pool at SP 2, safe access to the school building should be ensured. The works should be carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, properly fenced, marked and secured the area where the works are carried out.
