The city of Hennef (Sieg) intends to conclude a new full-service contract (all-in contract) on a rental basis for its town hall, the branch offices of the administration and the schools on 01.03.2023 for a total of 37 digital multifunctional systems over 60 months, which includes maintenance and consumables (except paper and staples) in addition to the rent.

A so-called pooling of the systems with free volume does not take place because of the desired quarterly, consumption-based billing of individual clients.
