The object of the order is the implementation of the service on:

“Reception and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste, and the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste, from property owners residing from the area of Przeworsk Municipality”, in order to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and Regulations and Regulations detailed.

The detailed scope and method of execution of the object of the contract is determined by Annex 1 to the SWZ — Description of the object of the contract (OPZ) and the contract model of Annex 2 to the SIVZ

The object of the order is the implementation of the service on:

“Reception and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste and the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste, from property owners residing from the area of Przeworsk Municipality”,

in order to achieve adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in Municipalities and the Regulations and Rules of Procedure.

IV. The service will be implemented in the following scope:

1. From the owners of residential property, municipal waste will be received in any quantity in the manner specified in the “Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Town of Przeworsk”:

1) paper,

2) metal,

3) plastics,

4) colourless glass, coloured glass,

5) multi-factory packaging,

6) biowaste,

7) unsegregated municipal waste,

8) expired drugs and chemicals,

9) waste ineligible for medical and household waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

10) spent batteries and batteries,

11) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

12) furniture and other large-sized waste,

13) construction and demolition waste, styrofoam (not containing asbestos),

14) worn tyres, limiting up to 4 tyres from the property per year, given only to the PSZOK,

15) waste from textiles and clothing,

16) bulbs and fluorescent lamps,

17) ash,

18) wooden and plastic construction and window joinery,

19) packaging of wood,

20) pure packaging polystyrene,

21) hazardous waste secreted from the stream of municipal waste, including: used oils, lubricants, solvents, paints, varnishes, alkali, acids, mercury thermometers, toners, plant protection products, fire extinguishers, wood impregnation products, waste paper, aerosol packaging, including after means protection of plants and packaging containing their remnants.

2. Municipal waste collected from property owners should be transported selectively, without mixing the already segregated municipal waste.

3. Unsegregated waste and selective waste of the Ordering Party will be collected and transported by the Contractor for their processing and development in: municipal installation “Sortownia Municipal Waste in Giedlarowa”, part of the municipal plant “Old Town — Park” the company of o., Wierzawice 874, 37-300 Leżajsk, on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Municipality of Przeworsk and the Municipality of Leżajsk;

4. Receipt and transport to the installation of non-segregated waste of the Ordering Party,

5. reception and transport to the installation of selective waste of the Contracting Authority,

6. the receipt, transport and management of the Contractor's selective waste;

7. the provision by the Contractor of the PSZOK to the owners of real estate from the town of Przeworsk;

8. the reception, transportation and development by the Contractor of expired medicines collected in pharmacies on the territory of the city;

9. Receipt, transport to the installation of municipal waste from the emptying of containers located in the PSZOO;

10. Free equipment of owners of inhabited single-family property with bags to conduct selective collection of municipal waste in the “bag per bag” system for the purpose of replenishment of the “starter package”;

11. Equipment of property owners residing with additional bags used for selective collection of municipal waste;

12. Equipment of single-family property owners with bags used to collect unsegregated municipal waste;

13. reporting referred to in Article 9n of the Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities
