1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022.1385 i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in the estimated amount of 2 960 429kWh for existing and planned to be connected consumption points specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The list of consumption points, which describes the data identifying electricity consumption points (PPE), is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022.1385 i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in the estimated amount of 2 960 429 kWh for existing and planned to be connected consumption points specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The list of consumption points, in which the data identifying electricity consumption points (hereinafter referred to as PPE) are described, is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The sale of electricity will be carried out under the conditions specified in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021.716, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended), the currently applicable tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant System Operator Distribution Unit (DSO) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Manual, generally applicable legal regulations and unit prices of active energy determined after the resolution of the proceedings in question. 4. Forecasted demand for electricity during the contract completion period: Tariff B23 - 966 500kWh - 1 object, Tariff C22b - 898 600 kWh - 5 objects, Tariff C12a - 1 095 329 kWh - 268 objects TOTAL: 2 960 429 kWh The contractual capacity for all existing and planned to be launched in 2024 consumption points is a total of 3323 kW. Remark! The estimated amount of energy ordered is determined on the basis of consumption in 2022 and is only indicative to compare offers, in no case does it constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to consume the expected amount of energy. The Purchaser shall pay for the quantities actually collected. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
