MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF ROADS AND STREETS OF LOCAL IMPORTANCE IN KAIŠIADORYS DISTRICT

The technical supervisor must:

1. To check that the repair and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with the Road Technical Regulation KTR 1.01:2008 "Roadways" and the Construction Technical Regulation STR 2.06.04:2014 "Streets and roads of local importance. General requirements" requirements, rules for the installation of layers of road surface construction without binders INT SBR 19, rules for the installation of asphalt layers of road surface construction INT ASFALTAS 08, construction recommendations R 36-01 "Road junctions", other standards in force in the Republic of Lithuania, normative construction technical documents, rules and technical conditions;

2. To control the quality of construction products and equipment used during the works and not to allow their use if they do not comply with the normative requirements of construction technical documents, normative documents on the safety and purpose of work, as well as if documents confirming the quality of construction products are not provided;

3. To check the quality and quantities of the performed works, to inform the Customer about the works performed and about all technical, production, organizational problems related to the ongoing works;

4. To control that the contractor performing work on the site complies with the schedule for the execution of works;

5. To carry out the collection of samples of used building materials and products in accordance with the requirements of the LST;

6. To initiate and submit applications for the ordering of mandatory control laboratory tests and samples to accredited laboratories, which are indicated by the Kaišiadorys district municipality administration and the Lithuanian Road Administration;

7. To carry out other construction technical regulation STR 1.06.01:2016 "Construction works. Supervision of the construction of the structure" and maintenance works provided for in other normative construction technical documents;

8. To record meetings dealing with issues related to the ongoing works of objects;

9. To provide, at the request of the Customer, monthly reports on the performed maintenance of the works of the Objects;

10. Sign the acts of work performed submitted by the contractor within 2 working days, indicating the date of signing. In case of a reasoned refusal to sign the acts of work performed, an act is drawn up, which lists the shortcomings of the works performed by the contractor and, in agreement with the Customer, specifies the deadlines for their elimination.

The Provider performs technical maintenance in accordance with the written task provided by the Customer and / or the lists of objects. The working time required to carry out maintenance is not regulated. The working time must correspond to the labor costs required to carry out maintenance in accordance with the regulation STR 1.06.01:2016 "Construction work. Supervision of the construction of the building" also at the invitation of the Customer and / or the contractor and agreed on the time.

The place of provision of maintenance of the works of the objects is Kaišiadorys district municipality.

The planned value of the work performed by contractors, including VAT for one year, is from EUR 1.8 million. up to EUR 2.5 million. Euro.
