The contacting authority invites potential suppliers to participate in an open tender procedure with the purpose to enter parallel framework agreements for special auditing and investigation services.

The Norwegian Foreign Ministry, the foreign missions, FK Norway, the Ministry of Climate and Environment (MCE), and MCEs subordinate agencies shall have the right to make call offs on the framework agreement.

Suppliers must, in connection with call-offs, be able to carry out special audits and investigations when there are suspicions of financial fraud. The services may have the character of both assistance and assignments. Further details will be given in connection with each call-off.

It is unpredictable when cases that require the services will occur. Based on the contracting authority's previous experience, the need is estimated to increase throughout the contract period.

The duration of the agreement is 2 years, with options for the contracting authority to prolong 1 + 1 year.

The estimated value of the procurement is the total value for 4 years.
