Description:
Acquisition of payment transport, liquidity management and other banking services related to cash management

The Helsinki Congregational Group is an Evangelical Lutheran, a member of the group's administration and 20 congregations in Helsinki. The corporation has several offices in the metropolitan area. The Helsinki Congregational Group currently has 16 subsidiaries. Affiliates of the parish group use the contract to be made.

The Helsinki Parish Group has decided to compete its existing payment transport and liquidity management solutions. In the same context, a solution is being sought for, for example, a more efficient bank account structure and the management of cash cashiers. The new services covered by the settlement and other services covered by the settlement are expected to be introduced during May 2022, no later than June 2022, however, no later than the date of the legal force obtained by the procurement decision on this acquisition.

Payment transport and money management services — the agreement seeks to cover the consolidated account solution and this management, online banking solution, payment services for home and foreign payments, bank statements and transaction reports (including reference payments), short-term liquidity management solution (incl. consolidated account line) and money supply.

For payment services and money management services, the estimated value of the contract without VAT (calculated four-year value) is EUR 344 000. The estimated start date for the contract is May to June 2022. The service is introduced in batches by different functions.

The bidder must also include in its offer a proposal for a short-term surplus investment solution that seeks to cover a short-term surplus investment solution for the parish group. However, under Section 9 of the Procurement Act, the settlement is not covered by the Procurement Act and does not affect the comparison of tenders. The contracting entity solves possible service deployment separately as an option for the acquisition.

The subscriber chooses one (1) vendor with whom it enters into a contract. The subscriber aims to centralize the services that are subject to the tender offer. However, the supplier does not receive exclusive access to the services.

In the case of new services that may enter the market during the contract period, related to, for example, technological or other similar development of acquired banking services, the subscriber reserves the right to negotiate an additional order with the supplier selected as the main broker bank with.

In addition to this, however, the subscriber may have payment accounts as well as investment accounts and other services in other banks, including, inter alia, services belonging to the contract package of the tender offer. The chosen service provider does not receive exclusive rights.
