In the context of the present call for proposals, the

operational construction of a digital patient portal,

for the support of a seamless digital

Admission and treatment management

in accordance with KHZG specifications. The Patient Portal

must meet the following essential criteria:

- Fulfillment of all MUST criteria of the KHZG funding element 2 in interaction with already existing systems (KIS Medico, aftercare platform Recare, Thieme)

- Compliance with all other KHZG framework conditions, in particular requirements of § 19 para. 2 and 3 KHSFV
