2.1.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of containers for mixed and segregated municipal waste to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Katowice. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 tasks. With regard to Task No. 1, No. 2, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the contract under the option right up to 50% of the basic scope. If the contractor's right of option is not exercised, there is no claim against the Ordering Party.

2.1.2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:

2.1.2.1. Task No. 1: Successive delivery of containers with a capacity of 0.12 m³ and 0.24m³

2.1.2.2. Task No. 2: Successive delivery of containers with a capacity of 0.36 m³ and 1.1 m³

The contracting authority shall apply Article 139 of the PPL.
