General but important objectives of this assignment are: Comfort, ergonomics and ease of use of the furniture to be supplied; Aftercare: service support for user questions, reporting defects and repair requests.

The assignment concerns a one-off delivery and ready-to-use installation of (office) furniture. The furniture must be installed ready for use by the contractor by 1.11.2019 at the latest.
General but important objectives of this assignment are:
- Comfort, ergonomics and ease of use of the furniture to be supplied,
- Aesthetics: the municipality strives for a harmonious, professional appearance of the workplace furniture, also in relation to the furniture on the ground floor of the town hall,
- Aftercare: service support for user questions, reporting or handling defects and repair requests.
The contracting authority reserves the right to re-order or re-order furniture if required in accordance with the conditions of the agreement and pricing for the unit prices on the registration ticket.
