Specialist planning services for fire protection in accordance with AHO issue 17 are to be provided for the new construction of the grammar school at the freight station, which includes a 5 (lower secondary level) or 6-track (upper secondary level) grammar school together with a three-field gymnasium.
An economical, convincing overall concept is to be developed, taking into account the client's specifications, the interests of the other disciplines and adhering to the project budget. Structural fire protection is to be seen before technical fire protection.
The client attaches great importance to close supervision and monitoring of all work, as well as coordination and information for everyone involved, including the users.
The client requires that the effort for the application of the CAD guidelines of the city of Offenbach is included in the offered fee.
Location of the construction project:
The property is located in the fallow area of the former Offenbach freight yard on the eastern edge of the city centre. The plot intended for the building has an area of approximately 9,500 m².
Construction:
The 1st prize of the restricted realization competition provides for a maximum five-storey building with gradations to two floors. The sports hall is partially buried. Almost all roof surfaces are planned as an example and usable outdoor space. It is intended to realize the planning of the 1st prize. The object and outdoor system planning is shortly before commissioning.
With regard to spatial organisation, clusters or open learning landscapes are planned on a year-by-year basis.
The school canteen will supply around 1,600 people in the cook & hold process.
